Commonly a database error with user_meta in the Wordpress database.


Issue #1 - Corrupted Databse Table

  1. Login to the database via MySQL
  2. Find table wp_user_meta
  3. When you open the table you may see the error "wp_user_meta is marked as crashed and should be repaired"
  4. Check the table and choose repair table
